Kristy has over 15 years of aviation experience across airlines, MROs, materials trading and the leasing community.

Kristy launched her aviation career in 2004 as an Aeronautical Engineer within the technical services department of Air New Zealand Engineering Services. She then relocated to the United Kingdom and worked for three and a half years with an aviation materials trading business, before transferring to Singapore to assist with the set-up of a satellite office. On return to New Zealand, Kristy spent six years with Airwork (NZ) firstly heading up the Supply and Logistics Department, and later overseeing the Manufacturing division.

She joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2017 working as a Technical Records specialist and providing business support.

Kristy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Auckland.

Martin has over 35 years of Engineering experience in the Aviation industry, specializing in engine lease returns, engine shop visits, technical and asset management of lease contracts, working primarily with lessors.

Martin began his career as a Propulsion Engineer for the Royal Airforce then spent 2 years working as a Power Plant Engineer for the BAe Systems for the Royal Saudi Airforce before spending 6 years as a Program Manager with a UK based consultancy and finally 6 years with AerFin, an aircraft parts trading organisation.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2017.

Martin holds a HNC/ONC in Engineering, specialising in Propulsion while serving on the Royal Air Force, and a City and Guilds Certificate Parts 1 & 2 in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Processes & Principles.

Norie has 20 years of aviation experience, skilled in Aircraft Engine Maintenance and Engineering, Engine Fleet Management, Lease Transitions and Asset Management.

Noriel launched his aviation career initially as an Engineer quickly moving into a senior powerplant Engineer position with Lufthansa Technik Philippines. He then spent 8 years as a senior consultant and program management position in engine fleet management, lease transitions and shop visit management working for a number of airlines.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2017 working exclusively on behalf of lessors.

Noriel holds a Degree in Engineering from Bicol University, Philippines and has been invited as a resource speaker on Aircraft Powerplant Familiarization-Aviation Society for Research and Development, for FEATI University, Philippines.

Rod has over 20 years’ experience in the Aviation Industry, specialising in providing commercial, legal and technical services to lessors, worldwide.

Rod began his career initially as a Power Plant Engineer for Qantas Airways in Sydney, Australia. He then moved to the United Kingdom to work in consultancy, with a focus on asset management and acquisition of engines and aircraft. In 2009 Rod established an asset management and technical services business in Singapore where he held the position of Regional Director.

In 2011 Rod established Daedal Aviation in Sydney Australia, providing technical and commercial consultancy services aimed at the global lessor community.

Rod holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Hons 1) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Vanuel (Van) has nearly 40 years of industry experience, including 15 years in Aircraft Maintenance and Support, specialising in MRO Maintenance Oversight, Lease On/Off Acquisitions Records Research, Conformity Inspections, Maintenance Programs, Regulatory Compliance/Aircraft Certification and Registration (FAA, EASA, BDCA) and Quality Control and Safety Audits.

Van launched his career in Aviation as an Airframe Mechanic supporting the US Navy F-14 program, then used his expert knowledge in aircraft maintenance and delivery as project manager and director of maintenance for a number of aircraft maintenance service providers.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2017.

Van holds an FAA A&P License as well as a Certificate in Business Management from UCLA and a structural repairs, corrosion control, flight controls, and hydraulic systems repair Certificate from Naval Aircraft Structural Mechanics School.

Vishnuu (Vish) has 10 years of industry experience that includes engine lease returns, shop visit management, engine fleet management and documentation review.

Vish launched his aviation career in 2010 as an Assistant Program Manager working closely with one of Indonesia’s largest passenger airlines, Sriwijaya Air.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2015 working exclusively on behalf of lessors managing lease returns, overviewing engine shop visits and providing fleet management services.

Vish holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and has served as a Records Specialist in the Singapore Armed Forces.

Andrew has ten years of aviation experience, gained in engine shop visit technical management.

Andrew began his aviation career in 2012 with GE Aviation Wales in the United Kingdom, initially working in material sourcing as a GE90 Vendor Manager. He joined the Engineering Team in 2013, where he specialised in engine shop visit technical management, primarily on CFM56-5B/7B engines. He then progressed to become a Lead Propulsion Engineer working with various stakeholders including OEMs, airlines, and lessors. During this time Andrew was lead engineer supporting the largest GE Aviation Wales CFM contract (easyJet).

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2020.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aeronautical Engineering (Hons) from the University of South Wales, UK and he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Graeme has over 20 years’ experience in the Aviation industry specialising in engine shop visit management, MRO operations and engine services contract and program management.

Graeme launched his aviation career in 1997 as an apprentice with GE Aviation in their Caledonian MRO facility, in Scotland. Having progressed through various MRO management roles within operations, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and as the commercial operations leader, he then spent 10 years as a senior program and contracts manager. During this time Graeme was responsible for the GEnx-1B/2B and CF6-80C2/E1 products operated by a selection of airlines across Europe and Africa including their powerplant and associated fleet management and shop activity in OEM and 3rd party MROs.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2021.

Graeme holds a Bachelor of Engineering (1st class Hons) degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Nicolas has over 20 years of experience in the Aviation Industry, specialising in legal/contractual and technical services to airlines and lessors, worldwide.

Nicolas began his career in 2003, initially as a Records Inspector for Aeroconseil (now AKKA Technologies) in Toulouse, France, supporting Airbus Asset Management lease transitions.

He then moved to Singapore taking up a role as a Technical Service Representative for FedEx Express, overseeing their aircraft conversion (P2F) and engine overhaul programs.

In 2008, Nicolas assisted in the set-up of the Airbus Middle East Group in Dubai. He held a Senior Director role supporting airline start-ups, MRO audits, aircraft sourcing, and lease negotiations, among other technical services.

Nicolas joined Emirates Airlines in 2015 to oversee their aircraft lease transitions before moving to Sydney, Australia in 2020 to take up a role as Aviation Consultant with Daedal Aviation.

Nicolas graduated as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician with honours from the Aeronautical Institute of IAAG/EPAG, Merville, France.

Ric has 22 years engineering experience in the aviation industry, specializing in aircraft engine maintenance and engineering, engine fleet management, engine shop visits, technical review of contracts/documentations and lease engine acceptance and return.

Ric started his aviation career in 2000 as an Engineer with Lufthansa Technik Philippines, initially handling aircraft components then focusing on engines and APUs as a Senior Powerplant Engineer. He moved to Philippine Airlines (PAL) as an Aircraft Technical Specialist for Powerplant and APU and became the Engineering Manager for the same division.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2023.

Ric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College, Philippines.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in the Aviation Industry, specifically adept in Fleet Technical Management, Aircraft Lease Transitions, and Asset Management.

Mike began his aviation career in 2003 as a Technical Services Engineer in Lufthansa Technik Philippines. He then later transferred to Philippine Airlines as a Technical Services Manager. In addition to his role as Engineering Manager, Mike was also responsible for a variety of projects including aircraft production & delivery, aircraft lease transition, aircraft heavy maintenance visits, aircraft definition, and aircraft retrofit.

He joined Daedal Aviation as an Aviation Consultant in 2022.

Mike holds a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Philippines.

Emmanuel has in excess of 22 years of aviation experience specializing in heavy maintenance, engineering and project management of aircraft redeliveries and lease transitions.

Emmanuel started his career in 2001 under the Maintenance Training Program of Lufthansa Technik Philippines where he obtained a number of licences and considerable experience. He then moved to Singapore International Airlines Engineering Philippines (SIAEP), where he held the position of Unit Chief with responsibility for project management and redeliveries for a variety of airlines.

He joined Daedal Aviation in 2022 as an Aviation Consultant.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance and Technology in Philippine Air Transport and Training Services (PATTS) College of Aeronautics and Airlink International Aviation School, Pasay City, Philippines.
